A Simple End-of-Day Ritual: Showing Gratitude

Yet, this simple backed-by-science gesture can change both how you feel about your day and how you will sleep at night. Showing gratitude is proven to change your brain to see opportunity in challenging circumstances and over time, you will feel more positive, even in the worst circumstances.
